Beginner: am I missing something simple... Or not so simple!

Hi to you all,
We have an typical windows application (win32 VFP9+a bunch of dlls and activeX). We are looking to bundle it with enigma.
Used to run fine as standalone bundle (zero dll or ocx - all stuff virtualized) with an oldish "molebox setup". Why ? To be able to run the application with no admin rights or elevation. Our customers have, for most of them, little control on their workstations.
Runs no more on the very recent "redstone 4" "April 2018 Update" WIN10 numbered 1803 (a lot of issues...). Molebox is no more. Looks like it will not run on win10 starting "redstone 4". But Enigma is here kicking! That is good to hear. Our motivation for enigma is the "Virtual Box". We'd like to avoid Installshield or Innosetup or use it with or WITHOUT admin rights when useful.
On the longer run we'd be glad to protect the application as well with the "protector" if the performance is not affected to much or if we can have a nice splash screen in order to have the user wait!
For the moment, I have run a short test with the "Virtual Box". The setup was easy. The application - 20 to 25 MB dependency on how much we included - started up after a 10 seconds on a relatively recent workstation, up to 20 on an older one. A splash screen would help. But we can start with that:-)
The issue? We have a serious one: one of the COM object DLL will not work. It will not register. One element that might be of interest.
i wonder if manually copying the content of registry for the QuickPDFAX0722.PDFLibrary including the Clsid entry and all related stuff would help ? I can certainly run a regedit. But I admit being no specialist of these arcane questions.
Any feedback welcome.

PS: to make the point clearer: CREATEOBJECT("QuickPDFAX0722.PDFLibrary") in languages such as VB6 or VFP would not work on a clean workstation. I could certainly forward it to support, should that be useful.
