Error with C++ Builder

Post by Do_Flamingo »

Hi admin,

I am using free version of enigma, enigma protector.
It is really great, thank you for the free product.

My problem now, is whenever I use this protector with my .exe which is build with c++ builder (Delphi rad XE4)
I have this error when running my file on Windows XP.
error says "can't load PROPSYS.dll" <- this is already protected with enigma

some of my users also experience error on "ntdll.dll" etc..not really sure on how to give you more info thou.

I hope admin will have a look at this problem.

Thank You

Hello Do_Flamingo,

I would like to note you that Enigma Protector is a commercial product, there is no free version of it (except DEMO version that shows a nag screen).

Regarding your problems:
- "error says "can't load PROPSYS.dll" <- this is already protected with enigma" this appears because the file propsys.dll is already protected with Enigma Protector or may be some other protection system. I think you just did a mistake and trying to protect already protected file. Select the non protected file once again, and try to protect it.
- "error of ntdll.dll" - no ideas why it happens, it requires our testing. Send us non packed file at support@enigmaprotector.com and we will try to check it out.

Sorry about that admin, I'm still not familiar with these tools. I was really talking about 'Enigma Virtual Box'.

"I think you just did a mistake and trying to protect already protected file."
I didn't use any protector or packer before using enigma virtual box.

I have sent it to the email support.

Thank You

Thanks you for the test files, fortunately, we were able to solve the problem with the propsys.dll.

Try this version: http://enigmaprotector.com/assets/files ... 130718.exe

It should be working well for you!
