Enigma Protector

Hi!
Enigma Protector 6.50 Build 20190129 Release 29/1/2019 32-bits registered.
When i use the Key Generator with my project properties:
- Allow only hardaware locked keys
- Allow only key with expiration date and
- Allow only keys with Register Before date
everything works OK!
But, when i had tryed License Manager with the same options to generate Registration key
i got "Install Before date is invalid"
No matter what date is specified in property Register Before, everytime i've got "Install Before date is invalid"
