Hi, i have a problem with keys, im newbie with enigma, so i guess the problem is my config
Well, I protect my app with hardware locked keys option only, with file system technique only, everything work good, I register the HardwareID and active the lincese and the app run.
But the problems are:
If I stolen the key in license manager, the previous generated key still working
If I change the HardwareID in license manager, the previous generated key still working
If I change the Registrartion Name in license manager, the previous generated key still working
If I delete the license in license manager, the previous generated key still working
So I want to know how to fix that, maybe I forget some option in protect config. And I dont want use the register with days, or other, because I will use "eternal licenses", so these never expire, BUT, the reason why I need make work the points previously exposed, is because my users can want change his HardwareID, and I want disable the previous key before make the new key.
I hope you understand me, and help me
Problem deactivating keys
Re: Problem deactivating keys
Hi SYAK,
OK, just imagine, your protected program is installed on the user's computer. You are trying to disable the key on own computer. How, technically, program on the user's computer may understand that you blocked the key? Can you imagine at least one way it would be possible?
It may possible only one way, if the protected program uses online activation, and only if it checks the license online every execution. This is possible only with our another product - Online Activation Panel: http://enigmaprotector.com/en/aboutoap.html
OK, as regarding your question. To block the license, you may add it into License Manager, or Keys Generator and mark it as stolen. Then, you should protect your program again, so it will know that you've blocked the specified key. This is standard procedure of the license blocking using offline registration.

Re: Problem deactivating keys
Thanks for the reply, so well I see the best way is with the panel, I will try to buy it, and the program too, because is working like I want
Re: Problem deactivating keys
OK, but I would recommend you to try the standalone version firstly. Online activation panel make sense when you have many orders, and thus difficult to maintain them manually.
