Hello to everybody,
I'd like to ask does the support for this tool is very bad only for me or everyone has the same problems? I wrote to support@enigmaprotector.com yesterday and until now no answer...

I have Enigma protector 5.40. I put some dll files into virtual box and then protect all in one. Virtual Box option worked very well until now. I don‘t know what happend. I‘ve tryed many ways to fix ths problem (reinstall, create new project, clean up registry, chandge directory). Nothing helped. Now I downloaded new version of Enigma VirtualBox and put there dll with virtual registry and – vualia. It works, but file is not protected.
Can you advice me what to do. Maybe there is some bug with Enigma protector VIRTUAL BOX option?
p.s. Or maybe I can protect boxed aplication somehow?
I've checked on other PC. Maybe the problem is that I put to Virtual box two dll‘s which both has to be registered?

I'm experiencing same problem with Enigma Protector 5.40 x86 virtual box, my app is freezing at any windows 7/8/10 but with standalone Enigma Virtual Box all working fine... but no protection.
Yesterday I extend my license to get it work but no way..

Hi Jozee, I believe there could be something with the settings in your project file and not Virtual Box feature.

All working fine now, I realized it was my clients fault because they don't get all files for my app and I got various results on many operating systems (freeze) so at first I think it's virtual box feature problem.
After many tests it's working fine and in my case it wasn't Enigma Protector problem!
Sorry for disturbing (I was out of mind because I tried all in program)
Support is fast responding so I would recommend them!
