Does Enigma Protector can counter hackers actions such as ROP attacks , Control Flow and Start stack attacks ?
Since Microsoft's EditBin.exe can implement ASLR, DEP through use of the following scripts :
EDITBIN /DYNAMICBASE /NXCOMPAT /GUARD:CF MyProg.exe
Does Enigma have these similar counter measures ? so that there is NO need to use EditBin.exe before protecting
my program using Enigma.

Hi, I do not recommend to use any of the options you've noted above. They do not help to improve protection at all. Code flow guard may even conflict with protection and cause incompatibilities rather than provide any advantages.
Features of Enigma Protector provide rather stronger protection level than anything you've specified (it is even impossible to compare).
If you are looking for better code protection, I would recommend you to take a look at Virtual Machine feature. It allows to select separate functions of application for a very strong protection against reverse engineering, dumping etc.
