no where to download the full setup

been over 24 hours now, so far very bad service!!!

My apologies due to this delay. You should understand that it is not our fail, because our ordering system is fully automated.
And seems, ordering emails had been blocked by your anti-spam filter.

Usually, you should get 2 order emails with the instructions. And the key.bin file has to contain the necessary information (login and password for control panel).

I've re-sent you the email manually, please let me know if you've got it.

Same problem here. I just use Support button to send you a email. Check it as soon as possible.

Ok, problem solved.
Just open key.bin with notepad.

The problem happens with Avangate payment processor.

We will check out what is wrong there.
