iam already replace the message icon but why it cant

i am already the icon message

Really can't help you there. The Icon in message dialog appears correct (same Icon as you selected in dialog designer).

The Icon shown in the system taskbar is Icon of the protected file, but not the icon of dialog message. Enigma Protector does not allow to change the file icon. You can simply use any resource editor and change file icon.
