I'm trying to understand difference between x86 and x64 version. If i will protect app which was built for x64 platform with enigma x86 version then my app will become x86 with all consequences like no more than 2gb of ram usage, etc?

Hi, Enigma x64 serves for protection 64 bit files, x86 for protection of 32 bit files.

Only one version is suitable for particular kind of file.

After protection, your file will be working same as before protection, no differences.
32 bit files will work on Windows x86 and x64
64 bit files will work on Windows x64 only.

thanks for clarification. is it possible to change x86 subscription to x64? or i need to buy once again?
p.s. x86 subscription is expired, but i plan to prolong it

No, unfortunately, this is impossible. Before ordering of subscription you need to order a license for this version.
