Is it possible to get back computer name, cpu type or hard disk serial number (hardware devices characteristics) from Enigma Generated Hardware ID ?

No, unfortunately it is impossible. The only way to extract some information is using Hardware ID Checker inside Enigma Protector..

Can we get delphi api to get hw I'd checker ???

No, sorry, there is no API to check the hardware id.
