Enigma Protector

Hi!

I'm using Enigma Protector to protect my application. I entered all reg.info and it works. Now...for testing purposes i want to delete my reg-info. I tried to use "Reset all Local" to clear the data....and...no it does not work.

I tried it with all user accounts (Admin and so on) but got no reset.

For info: In Debug mode i use other Reg.-Information.

For storage i use "Both Techniques".

Please help. How to reset all info?

Hi jensen82,

I recommend you to check it out each storage if the registration key is existing there.

I.e. open regedit and check if the key exists in registry.
In Windows Explorer, check if the file with key exists in the path entered in Registration Data Storing panel.

If you find the key somewhere, let me know the path where it exists. I still think that the problem may happen due to different users under which programs works and trial is being reset.

By the way, you may reset registration information yourself, inside application, by calling the function EP_RegDeleteKey.
