Hello Gentlemen,

Working with developing corporate tools on demand, and use the The Enigma to protect them, however AVG is detecting ANY executable passing the puzzle and that creates some discomfort for me before my clients, because even being a fake is one thing complicated and this occurs with any application, even a Windows executable. Do you have any solution for this case? as it comes to be a problem with the tool you have that with any executable.

Thank you

Hi, any detections of protected files are false detections. If such problem occurs then you need to submit the protected file to antivirus company and ask to solve the problem.

There is a post with contacts of all major antivirus companies and instructions how to submit the protected file to them: http://www.softwareprotection.info/2011 ... -to-solve/
For AVG you need to send the file using this form http://www.avg.com/submit-sample and set the request type as false alarm. As more files you submit, then rare false detection will happen for you.

Also, you may digitally sign the protected executable, this also usually helps to solve detection problems.

PS: you may send us protected file at support@enigmaprotector.com and we will submit it to antivirus company ourselves.
