The files that I am protecting with Enigma Protector are being flagged as viruses by some anti-viruses for some reason. Is there a solution to this? It is extremely irritating.

I do not have any other computer to test on. I tried uninstalling and re-installing many times, deactivating the anti-virus makes no difference. So a debug version would probably be a good idea.

I sent an email to support@enigmaprotector.com a couple of times regarding my issue but still no reply. Did my email arrive successfully?

How do I disable plugins? Keep in mind I cannot start Enigma Protector because I get the Internal Protection Error. I just purchased Enigma Protector version 5.50 and when I try to start the program I get the following error:

Internal Protection Error, Please contact author

I was using Enigma Protector 4.2 on Windows7 and everything worked fine. Then I upgraded to version 5.1 and now I occasionally get this error when starting Enigma Protector:
