Sandbox Leakage

I've packed PicoTorrent 0.18.0 x86 with VB 9.40 using New Folder and Files Become Virtual option, but it doesn't affect PicoTorrent.sqlite file: it appears on disk near PicoTorrent_boxed.exe

Changing Sandbox folder

How can I use Sandbox folder? For example: I need App.exe as a container and App folder as a Sandbox near the App.exe, like in ThinApp.
