Hi,
I’m having a problem using Registration Data Storage
When I try to save the registration information to an encrypted system file
then email to customer as an attachment the file doesn’t get saved anywhere
on the computer. Have tried all base folder options plus c:\myfolder\license.dat
I see on the forum that there was a problem with this back in 2008

Hi Peter,
Not sure if you already sent us couple emails before, if you did and did not get our respond, I would inform you that it is impossible to deliver any email to your box since your server does not response and attempt to send email always times out.
FYI.
As for your issue - if you just need a file with license, you can use Save button in Keys Generator, it will save the license either for registry, either for file system.
But if you still wish to find where your license file is located, please attach a screenshot of your settings in Registration Data Storage panel, we will check it out.
