Incompatible with Windows 2008 R2 SP1 ENTERPRISE Ed

Cannot find .NET framework
Please fix this ASAP

Windows: 64 bit
Protected program and Enigma: 32 bit

As long as it works under STANDARD edition of Windows 2008 R2 SP1 it shall not be difficult to fix under ENTERPRISE

The program without protection works fine on any computer
How can I identify why .NET framework is not found by Enigma?
The first protected program has already been tried on two Enterprise computers and does not work on both

Btw, another protected program works on another (3rd) Windows Enterprise

The screenshot below was displayed by the Enigma 3.8, with a newer Enigma 3.10 the program silently exits which is not any better.

I have already sent logs for version 3.8 a few months ago, did you have a chance to examine them?

Log looks well, no problems is noticed.

Can you please establish connection to this system using TeamViewer so I can test the files there?

Unfortunately I cannot enable connection to anyone to this system.

But now protected program fails on any computer even on Windows XP
It seems Enigma is not compatible with DevExpress XtraBar components
Protected program exits randomly in the dotnet GUI initializer:
MsgBox("Test1")
MainForm = New MainForm ' Enigma fails here
MsgBox("Test2")

May be it is an incompatibility with DevExpress.XtraBars v8.2
It fails on a random line in the MainForm's method:
<System.Diagnostics.DebuggerStepThrough()> _
Private Sub InitializeComponent()

Not protected program works without described above errors

The problem, I think, is in option Checkup - Control sum. It has some bugs working with .NET files.

Disabling control sum checkup only helped to start the program on two other servers where it exited randomly just on startup, but still cannot find net runtime on one of the server
