CLI tool is not work any more for Enigma Virtual Box 10.30

After I updated to Enigma Virtual Box 10.30, CLI tool is not work any more.
For previous version, I use the command line as below, and it works fine:
.\enigmavbconsole.exe "C:\xxx\xxx\test.evb"
After update, I just replace the enigmavbconsole exe file and run the command, it always show help information as below:

Usage to pack the project: enigmavbconsole.exe project.evb
Usage to make the package: enigmavbconsole.exe project.evb package.evb.template output_package.dat
Usage to replace input/output files: enigmavbconsole.exe project.evb -input file.exe -output file_boxed.exe
