Hi, yes, this is known problem. Motherboard Hardware Lock is working differently on the Windows 95-XP and Vista/Seven.
So if you move program from XP to Vista or Seven, motherboard hardware lock will be changed.
This also correct only if you are testing under Windows XP with administrator privileges. If XP without admin privileges, then hardware is will not be changed when moving to Vista/Seven.

找到问题了，我自己做了一个实验；
Found the problem, I do an experiment;
设置硬盘允许修改2次，直接打开软件，用户名和密码注册成功；
Set drive allows to modify2, directly open the software, user name and password to register success;
修改硬盘号，再打开软件会提示注册，用上次的用户名和注册码可以注册
Modify the hard drive, open the software be prompted to register, with the last user name and registration code can be registered
重置本地所有注册记录后，再用第一次的用户名和注册码就无法注册了
Reset all the local registration records, and the first user name and registration code will not be registered

如果没有重置本地所有注册记录后，就可以注册，重置后就无法注册
