Virtual Box Exe does not work with standard user account

Hello,

if I create a protected EXE with some OCX files, it will run on systems with admin rights (like WinXP and Win7).

BUT if the user is not a Admin (without administrator privileges!) I see the following error message after run the protected EXE.

Component 'NameOfComponent.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

And yes, I have checked "Register as ActiveX (COM) component".

So please, what Do I wrong?
