the .exe can't run after .dll were protected

i'm chinese, my english is not well.
i have some questions after using the Enigma Protector these days .
1.my program was wrote by C#. i encrypt the .exe.there's no problem. but,when i encrypt the .exe while protect some .dll which is dependent by the .exe ,the problem happens. after protected, the .exe can't run.
2.i use the features of virtual box still have problem. i choose the main .exe and all the other depending files (.dll .config .cur and so on). bundle package is .exe ,it still can't run.
i have try it for almost one week, but can't handle it. who can help me?

There are few specific things for .net files, please try them, if you won't succeed, please contact to our Chinese support at china@enigmaprotector.com

1. Try to rename the protected exe to match the name of non protected one. I.e. if you protect the file myfile.exe, after protection you get myfile_protected.exe then rename it back to myfile.exe. That's more important if you have config files. It is often is a core of problems.

2. Try to create XML.Serializer dll before you protect the file as written there: http://forum.enigmaprotector.com/viewto ... 564&p=9141

3. If nothing helped, please send us all test files (non protected) at support@enigmaprotector.com, we will try to find what is the problem there.
