Burn portable app to DVD

Is it possible to make a game/program portable and play it from a DVD?

If I burn the the boxed exe file on the DVD will it run without any problem?

Will it able to save games or any kind of info/player profile?

Hi saulob,

It would be possble to do, there are no any limitation for this.

But regarding storing of game information - this depends where the game stores it. If it stores it in the game folder, i.e. in the DVD, then it will fail. But usually game data is being stored in the Documents folder, so game will be on the DVD but user game data on the HDD, and no problems in this case.
