Changing Sandbox folder

How can I use Sandbox folder? For example: I need App.exe as a container and App folder as a Sandbox near the App.exe, like in ThinApp.

Sandbox, do you mean the folder where the application store files that it modifies? Like program settings or so?

If so, unfortunately, this is not possible for now, but we are working on that.
