Yes, all the settings entered in the project are also affecting files in Advanced Input. Protected Strings, of course, too.

I already use this product 1 month and i can say that is one of the best at protection (I don' t say 1st because you can' t measure that 
).
I already tested the 3.80 version and new Virtual Box is perfect. You can have your db there and read, write.
I totaly recommend the new version.
Other option for more security is to hide your original exe in another exe (virtual box) and run it from there.
